Everything in the lecture, as files you can send on: the paper, the thirty-two sheets, and the pavilion lab to run with no internet.
What Institution has built and what it proposes, with sources.
The 33 sheets of the current deck, 1920 × 1080, one per page.
The earlier 32-sheet deck, for comparison.
Unzip and double-click "Pavilion Demo.command", or open index.html. No internet needed.
The three files above and this note, in one archive.
Unzip the lab. On a Mac, double-click Pavilion Demo.command; on any system with Python 3, run python3 serve.py; or simply open index.html in Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. The page embeds its own 3D engine and loads nothing from the network. Say how the room should hang in the box at the top left, or press one of the example requests. ALAN, the curator model, connects through a local proxy, an API key or a local model when one is available; without any of them the built-in parser handles the example requests.
